USDA Proposes New System of Records to Combat Illegal Timber Imports

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing a new system of records, LADIS, to collect information on imported shipments of plants and plant products, in accordance with the Lacey Act, to combat illegal timber imports and protect global natural resources.
