National Environmental Policy Act, Revised Procedures

The USDA Forest Service has established a categorical exclusion (CE) for certain projects, as mandated by the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act, which revises Forest Service policies to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). This CE will be incorporated into the Forest Service Handbook.
