USDA Forest Service Proposes Directive to Streamline Communications Facility Applications on National Forest System Lands

The USDA Forest Service is proposing a directive to implement parts of the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act and streamline procedures for evaluating applications to locate or modify communications facilities on NFS lands, in line with the Farm Bill's streamlining requirements.
