USDA Issues Final Rule for Highly Erodible Land and Wetland Conservation

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule to clarify how it identifies and certifies wetlands on subject land, in response to comments from 65 organizations and individuals, including a large batch of identical comments submitted by one organization.
