USDA Proposes Revision to Lentil Standards to Allow for Mottled Lentils

The USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service is proposing a revision to the Lentil standards to allow for the inclusion of mottled lentils, in response to requests from the lentil processing industry, and invites stakeholders to comment on the proposed changes.
