USDA Amends Pale Cyst Nematode Regulations to Allow Public Review and Comment

The US Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is updating its regulations for pale cyst nematode by adding procedures that enable the public to review and comment on the protocols for regulating and deregulating quarantined areas, in response to a court order.
