AI to Support Minute-Taking in Examination and Opposition Oral Proceedings

EPO plans to expand use of AI to support minute-taking in examination and opposition oral proceedings, following successful implementation in over 150 cases in 2025, and also in hearings before Receiving Section and Legal Division
