European Parliament Committee Praises Strong Adoption of Unified Patent System and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises' Involvement

The European Parliament's Select Committee has commended the high level of support for innovation in Europe and the engagement of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Unified Patent system, following a review of recent case law on the jurisdiction of the system.
