OMB Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Rule to Revise FOIA Regulations

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is soliciting public input on a proposed rule aimed at updating and streamlining its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations, aligning them with the Department of Justice's (DOJ) FOIA regulation and the OPEN Government Act of 2007 and the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016.
