EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana's Clean Air Plan for Chicago Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Indiana's State Implementation Plan to meet Clean Air Act requirements for the Chicago area, which must reduce ozone pollution to meet the 2008 national ambient air quality standard.
