Alabama Regulatory Program Amendment Approved by OSMRE

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has approved an amendment to Alabama's regulatory program, allowing the Alabama Surface Mining Commission (ASMC) to collect permit fees over the entire life of a mine, from permit issuance to bond release.
