General Dynamics Information Technology to Receive Pesticide Data from EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is transferring pesticide-related information to General Dynamics Information Technology, a company that has been awarded multiple contracts to work with the EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs, in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
