U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Subsequent Arrangement with Canada and Euratom

The U.S. Department of Energy is issuing a notice of a proposed subsequent arrangement under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, concerning cooperation with the Government of Canada and the European Atomic Energy Community (Euratom) on civil uses of atomic energy and peaceful nuclear uses.
