Cast Iron Soil Pipe from China: Commerce Preliminarily Finds Sales at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that cast iron soil pipe imported from China was sold at a price lower than its fair market value in the US between July 1, 2017, and December 31, 2017.
