US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Mexican Companies Sold Pipes and Tubes at Below-Normal-Value Prices

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that Mexican companies Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. and Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos S.A. de C.V. sold pipes and tubes at prices below their normal value in the US market between August 2016 and July 2017. Interested parties have the opportunity to comment on these preliminary results.
