Revised Draft Environmental Impact Statement; Amendment to the 1997 Washington State Department of Natural Resources State Lands Habitat Conservation Plan and Incidental Take Permit

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Washington State Department of Natural Resources jointly developed a revised draft environmental impact statement to address an amendment to the 1997 State Lands Habitat Conservation Plan for the implementation of a Long-Term Conservation Strategy for the marbled murrelet. The proposed strategy aims to replace an interim conservation plan currently in place.
