EPA Establishes Significant New Use Rules for 28 Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requiring companies to notify the agency 90 days prior to manufacturing or processing 28 chemical substances for a significant new use, as mandated by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
