Canada Files Request for Panel Review of US Groundwood Paper Duties Under NAFTA

The Government of Canada, along with several Canadian and US companies, has requested a panel review of a US countervailing duty determination on Canadian Groundwood Paper, citing unfair trade practices under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The request was filed on September 10, 2018, with the US Section of the NAFTA Secretariat.
