FMCSA Extends Comment Period for Hours of Service Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has extended the comment period for its hours of service rule for drivers of property-carrying commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) from September 24, 2018, to October 10, 2018, in response to requests from several organizations, including the American Trucking Association and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
