Coast Guard Proposes Year-Round Fireworks Safety Zone on Delaware River

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to extend its recurring fireworks safety zone on the Delaware River adjacent to Penn's Landing in Philadelphia, PA, allowing for year-round enforcement to protect the maritime public and event participants from fireworks hazards.
