U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Discontinue Customs Broker Importer Self-Assessment Pre-Certification Test

CBP will stop the test that allowed customs brokers to pre-certify importers for the Importer Self-Assessment program due to low participation, and will not establish a permanent program.
