EPA Submits Renewal of Oil and Hazardous Substances Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a proposed extension of its information collection request for Notification of Episodic Releases of Oil and Hazardous Substances to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, following a 60-day public comment period that was previously announced.
