US Commerce Department Finds South Korean PET Resin Imports Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin from South Korea are being sold in the US at less than their fair market value, in violation of US trade laws.
