EPA Approves New Hampshire's Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program Regulation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of New Hampshire, which updates and clarifies the state's enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance (I/M) program regulation, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
