EPA Deletes Eureka Mills Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed the Eureka Mills Superfund Site in Eureka, Utah, from the National Priorities List (NPL) following completion of all necessary response actions, as required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
