EPA Proposes Updates to NOX SIP Call Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to update the regulations governing nitrogen oxide emissions monitoring in state implementation plans, allowing states to adopt alternative monitoring methods and rescinding certain provisions related to ozone standards.
