EPA Requests Comments on Volkswagen's Application for Off-Cycle CO2 Credits

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on an application from Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. for off-cycle carbon dioxide credits under the light-duty vehicle greenhouse gas emissions program, which aims to recognize real-world emission reductions from technologies not captured in standard testing procedures.
