EPA Approves Texas Plan to Reduce Air Pollution from Motor Vehicles

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved revisions to Texas' State Implementation Plan, which aims to control air pollution from motor vehicles through mobile source incentive programs, in compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act.
