DoD Proposes New System to Track Sexual Assault Reports and Notifications

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing a new system to track and respond to victim-related inquiries and notifications of sexual abuse and harassment in the military, in accordance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act.
