Coast Guard Proposes New Pilotage Rates and Surcharges for 2019 Shipping Season

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing revised pilotage rates and surcharges for the 2019 shipping season, primarily driven by inflation and an increase in the number of pilots, in accordance with the Great Lakes Pilotage Act of 1960.
