Endangered and Threatened Wildlife; Incidental Take Permit Application, Habitat Conservation Plan for the Sand Skink, Lake County, FL

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from McDonald Ventures XXXVIII, LLC for a 5-year incidental take permit for the federally listed sand skink in Lake County, Florida, as part of a construction project. The agency is seeking public comment on the permit application and its preliminary determination that the habitat conservation plan is low-effect under the National Environmental Policy Act.
