Administration for Community Living Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for State Plan for Independent Living

The Administration for Community Living is seeking public input on a proposed collection of information related to the State Plan for Independent Living, which is required under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. The proposed extension, which is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, would allow for an additional year of use of currently approved forms while a redesign is underway.
