BOEM Seeks Information and Nominations for Commercial Wind Leases Offshore California

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is soliciting information and nominations for commercial wind leases that would allow lessees to propose wind energy projects on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) offshore California, with the goal of developing one or more projects after environmental review.
