FMCSA Exempts 54 Individuals with Diabetes Mellitus from Commercial Motor Vehicle Prohibition

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to 54 individuals with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus (ITDM) to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce, allowing them to bypass the federal prohibition on persons with ITDM.
