EPA Proposes Approval of North Carolina NOX Rule Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to North Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions from large stationary combustion sources, as required by the Clean Air Act.
