EPA Grants Exemption to Aceto Corporation for Tin Oxide in Pesticide Formulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Aceto Corporation, allowing the use of up to 40% tin oxide in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops without requiring a tolerance level, following a petition submitted by the company under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
