SEC Publishes Document to Correct Technical Errors in ATS Rule for NMS Stocks

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has published a document to correct technical errors in a 2018 rule related to alternative trading systems (ATSs) that trade National Market System (NMS) stocks. The rule, which affects NMS Stock ATSs, includes Form ATS-N, and the SEC is updating the document to fix a citation error.
