EPA Withdraws Significant New Use Rules for 28 Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing significant new use rules (SNURs) for 28 chemical substances, following receipt of adverse comments and a request to extend the comment period, as required under direct final rulemaking procedures.
