PHMSA Issues Emergency Waiver for California Wildfire Response

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has issued an emergency waiver order to support the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 9 and the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Eleventh District in responding to the California Wildfires, allowing them to take actions to protect public health and the environment.
