US Government Grants Cultural Significance to Olmec Exhibition

The US government has officially determined that the objects to be included in the 'Olmec: Masterworks of Ancient Mexico' exhibition, imported from abroad for temporary display in the US, hold cultural significance. The exhibition is scheduled to take place at various museums, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, from September 26, 2010, to January 1, 2011, and possibly later.
