Request for Public Comment: Statewide Data Indicators for Child and Family Services Reviews

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is seeking public comment on a request to replace the statewide data indicators used to determine a state's substantial conformity with the Social Security Act's titles IV-B and IV-E. The indicators were previously used in the Child and Family Services Reviews (CFSRs), but were suspended due to technical errors and the need for revisions.
