NYSE Arca, Inc. has submitted an order to determine whether to approve or disapprove a proposed rule change to list and trade shares of the First Trust Long Duration Opportunities ETF on the NYSE Arca exchange. The proposed rule change is related to the listing and trading of the ETF under NYSE Arca Rule 8.600-E.
