U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Revision to List of Migratory Birds Protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to revise the List of Migratory Birds protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, adding 66 new species and removing 7, resulting in a total of 1,085 protected species, to reflect changes in taxonomy and natural occurrence in the United States and U.S. territories.
