ODNI Establishes New Privacy Act System of Records for National Counterintelligence and Security Center

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is creating a new system of records, titled the NCSC Continuous Evaluation System, to review the eligibility of individuals with access to classified information or sensitive positions, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974.
