U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Habitat Conservation Plan for Skookumchuck Wind Energy Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a draft environmental impact statement and habitat conservation plan for the Skookumchuck Wind Energy Project, which is expected to result in incidental take of threatened marbled murrelets and protected bald and golden eagles, and is seeking public comments on the documents.
