EPA Proposes Approval of North Dakota's Underground Injection Control Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve North Dakota's revisions to its Underground Injection Control (UIC) program for Class I, III, IV, and V injection wells, transferring primary enforcement authority from the North Dakota Department of Health to the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality.
