NMFS Transfers Tuna Quota to General Category

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is shifting 129.2 metric tons of Atlantic bluefin tuna quota from the Reserve category to the General category, and an additional 9.9 metric tons from the Harpoon category, to address overharvests from previous periods, allowing General category fishermen to participate in the upcoming December fishery.
