EPA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Extension of Information Collection Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of its information collection request, Part B Permit Application, Permit Modifications, and Special Permits, which is currently set to expire on May 31, 2019. The EPA plans to submit the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
