U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Proposes Danger Zone at Naval Base Guam Telecommunication Site

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is proposing to establish a danger zone in the Pacific Ocean near the U.S. Naval Base Guam Telecommunication Site to minimize conflicts between local activities and military training, restricting commercial vessels from entering the area during small arms training activities.
