US Department of State Proposes Updates to Office of the Coordinator for Reconstruction and Stabilization Records System

The US Department of State is proposing to update its Office of the Coordinator for Reconstruction and Stabilization Records system, which will include changes to categories of records, purpose, routine uses, and storage procedures, in order to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974. The public is invited to comment on the proposed changes.
